What started as a love affair with the culinary world of our Italian families grew into a commitment to preserving the old world techniques of gelato masters. We bring together only the highest-quality ingredients to create the flavors and textures of Italy. Locally-produced organic milk, locally-grown ripe and fresh fruit, and the absolute best chocolates, nuts, and ingredients from around the world. Exactly as artisan gelato should be.

We make every batch from scratch, following our own recipes, and deliver our gelato daily. We take our time. Slowly, slowly, slowly, until it’s perfect.
